I have worked with the Impresstik VAC3000 for close to 20 years. It is incredibly reliable and accurate. Since I operate a custom crush winery we bottle with upwards of 3-400 different packages and well over 100,000 cases each year. The Impresstik is the simplest machine to change over on the line. My clients are constantly challenging the labeler and with few exceptions the labeler wins. The few times I had to rely on Impresstik for guidance or assistance they were always prompt in response and most of the time we were able to trouble-shoot over the phone. There are few wear parts and maintenance and repair have been remarkably simple.
